Inspect & clean in
place condenser & evaporator coil.

Inspect integrity of
condenser & air handler unit.

Inspect condenser fan
blade

Inspect fan motor.
-
Inspect electrical
components in condenser & air handler unit.

Inspect disconnect
box of condensing & air handler unit.
-
Tighten wire
connections for condenser & air handler unit.
-
Measure volts &
amperage of condensing & air handler unit.
-
Analyze compressor's
integrity.
-
Monitor refrigerant
pressures.
-
Remove any outside &
inside debris from condenser unit.
-
Inspect blower
assembly
-
Inspect heating
element or other types of heating components.
-
Inspect breakers.
-
Clean drain pan.
-
Flush out drain
lines.
-
Clean or replace air
filters.
-
Monitor air
temperatures.
-
Test safety controls.
-
Inspect copper lines
for proper sizing & condition.
-
Repair or replace
copper line insulation.
-
Calibrate thermostat.
